These terms apply when you use alliancenetworkx.com (the website). By using the website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website. Version 2, 21 October 2026. They replace the version published before that date.
Alliance Network X Limited (ANX, we, us) is a company registered in Jamaica. ANX is a tech-enabled studio with a hybrid micro venture and private equity model. We start companies ourselves, or partner with founders of operating companies in five sectors described on the website. The founder keeps control of their company. We take on no more than five businesses at a time.
ANX is not a fund, a bank, a broker-dealer, an investment adviser or a legal adviser, and it does not offer investments to the public.
Everything on the website is general information about ANX. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a promise of any result. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a request to buy, any security or investment, and it is not a request for money.
By using the website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you give us is accurate.
You agree not to use the website for anything unlawful, not to try to get into our systems or data without permission, not to send false or misleading information, and not to interfere with how the website works or with its security. We may block automated or abusive use, including spam sent through the form.
Please register your interest only if you own or run a business in one of our five sectors, or have an idea to build one. Our criteria are: annual revenue of US$5 million or less, and operating in Jamaica and/or founded by a Black woman. Registering your interest is not an application, an offer or a contract, and it does not commit you or ANX to anything.
ANX decides who it talks to. We may ask for more information, decline, or not follow up. A reply does not mean we have accepted you or your business. If we decide to work together, the terms are agreed in a separate written agreement, and the website does not set them.
By sending the form you agree that we may contact you by email about what you sent. We aim to reply within 72 hours.
Please describe an idea in general terms and do not send confidential plans through the form. ANX also starts companies in the same sectors and may already be working on something similar. Sending an idea through the form does not create a confidentiality agreement. Before we work on an idea with you, we agree in writing how it is handled.
The website’s content, including logos, text, graphics and design, belongs to ANX unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, publish or change it, or use ANX’s name or logo, without our written permission.
The website may link to other websites. ANX is not responsible for their content or for anything you do on them.
To the fullest extent the law allows, ANX is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or from relying on its content, including loss of profit or opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
You agree to cover any loss ANX suffers because you broke these terms or misused the website.
We may change these terms. The version and date at the top show the latest change, and the new version applies from the date it is published.
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and the courts of Jamaica have jurisdiction over any dispute.
